Tiffany obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida where she competed on the Nationally Ranked Mock Trial Team. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University College of Law. During law school, Tiffany was the President of the Intellectual Property Law Society, served as a Delegate to the American Bar Association House of Delegates, clerked for the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court in Clearwater, Florida, and was awarded the William F. Blews Pro Bono Award for completing over 300 hours of pro bono work.
Upon graduation from Stetson Law, Tiffany served as an Assistant Public Defender for the 9th Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Florida, and maintained a private criminal law practice for over five years. Tiffany has tried over 30 jury trials, over 5 bench trials, and successfully argued countless substantive hearings in the Central Florida Area, including the counties of Brevard, Lake, Indian River, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Sumter, and Volusia.
Tiffany is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and in the Middle District of Florida. She is AV Preeminent rated on Martindale-Hubbell and is a Top 100 Lawyer on National Trial Lawyers. Additionally, Tiffany is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Florida and coaches for their Mock Trial program.
