Ms. Moore leverages that experience to conduct internal employment related investigations and to present supervisory and employee trainings on anti-harassment, leadership, and other employment law related topics. Ms. Moore holds a certification in conducting internal investigations. Her practice also includes employment litigation in state and federal court.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Moore served 14 years as Senior Labor Relations Examiner for the National Labor Relations Board. This experience provides Ms. Moore with great insight as to how the NLRB and other administrative agencies investigate and decide cases. While attending law school, Ms. Moore served as the Articles and Symposia Editor for the University of Missouri Kansas City Law Review. She also received the Cali Award for Legal Research and Writing.
