Alyson Claire Decker

Alyson C. Decker’s legal practice encompasses all aspects of civil litigation, including business and contract law, employment law, personal injury, antitrust, complex cases, class actions, and entertainment and high profile cases. She has experience trying cases in both state and federal court in California and across the country. Alyson also uses her legal and liberal arts background to find unique and creative solutions to the problems faced by both her individual and business clients.

Some of her successes include obtaining a favorable settlement agreement of $3.5 million for plaintiffs in a class action legal malpractice case while the matter was on appeal before the Ninth Circuit; a successful demurrer granted without leave to amend in a case involving two well-known toy companies and alleged fraudulent transfers; blocking the distribution of a “sex tape” while procuring stay away orders for a celebrity client; negotiating a settlement in a highly confidential personal injury case of more than triple the amount first offered by the insurance company; and obtaining a pre-trial settlement of a highly contested employment discrimination and retaliation case after successfully defending against a motion for summary judgment. In addition, Alyson has obtained multi-million dollar settlements in various pre-litigation matters.
