Jill E. Jacobs brings over 27 years of workers’ compensation litigation experience to the City of Palm Bay, including 12 as Senior Staff Attorney for The Harford, where she managed a full case load of claims from inception to post-trial, most of which were catastrophic and high exposure based upon complexity of issues or medical severity, or both.
