Nicholas (“Nick”) F. Tsamoutales is the City Attorney Emeritus. A graduate of Lock Haven University and the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Tsamoutales has been a member of the Florida Bar for over 50 years and has been a local government attorney for over 40 years, representing 7 different local governments during that time. Mr. Tsamoutales is a past president of the Florida Municipal Attorneys Association and has spoken at numerous seminars in various areas of the law. In 2003, Mr. Tsamoutales was honored by his peers as the winner of the Paul Buchman Award, recognizing him as Florida's Outstanding Municipal Attorney of the Year. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Tsamoutales served in the United States Army during the Korean War and was honorably discharged.
