John Allegretto focuses his practice on matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, employment discrimination, retaliation, and other employment claims.

Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, John was an associate at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker in Philadelphia. He is a 2015 graduate of Villanova University School of Law. During law school, John served as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Juan R. Sanchez of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as a teaching assistant of Villanova’s Advanced Trial Advocacy course, as Symposium Editor for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal, and as a Student Attorney for the Villanova Civil Justice Clinic. In 2012, John graduated summa cum laude from the Honors College, West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice before the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
