He both advises clients and defends against claims involving, the Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits, Unified Hazardous Waste and Hazardous Materials Management Regulatory Program, the Underground Storage Tank program (UST), California Accidental Release Prevention program (CalARP), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Hazardous Communication Standard and nuisance law.Mr. Johnson has more than twenty-five years of experience as a litigator and corporate counsel.
