Mr. Miller represents hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, and other medical care providers and their insurers in the defense of their professional negligence claims. An experienced trial lawyer, he has taken medical malpractice cases to verdict throughout Illinois, from Rock Island to Benton, Quincy to Champaign. He is available to educate or consult with hospital risk managers and administrative teams on a variety of legal issues including professional liability, HIPAA, informed consent, credentialing, and other issues of concern. He holds an "AV" Preeminent rating with Martindale-Hubbell and was named to the 2010-2012 Illinois Super Lawyers list by Illinois Super Lawyers and Chicago Magazine.
