Michael A. Kraft joined Quinn Johnston in 1996 and concentrates his practice on corporate & business law, employment law, real estate, estate planning, and probate. He has significant experience representing clients in corporate & business litigation and construction litigation. He provides general counsel to many small and medium sized businesses, representing them in their varying transactions, disputes, and legal appeals.
