Biography

Danielle Parks, a litigation attorney with KM&A, joined the firm in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, she was a legal assistant and paralegal for several Pittsburgh area law firms for almost ten years. Therefore, Danielle handles every case with the precision and expertise gained from her years of paralegal experience.

Danielle earned her Juris Doctor in 2016 from the Duquesne University School of Law, with a concentration in Employment Law. While in law school, she was a Student Ambassador, President of the Labor & Employment Law Society and earned the CALI Award in Employment Law. Before law school, Danielle graduated in 2007 from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. In 2009, Danielle earned her paralegal certificate from Duquesne University’s ABA accredited Paralegal Institute.
