Jason J. Guss is an associate of the firm, and concentrates his practice on a wide range of business transactional matters including commercial real estate transactions encompassing such areas as acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing, commercial lending transactions, entity formation, drafting business agreements, and general tax issues. In addition, Jason assists in business litigation matters such as contract disputes and business torts.

Jason graduated from the Rutgers University School of Law – Camden in 2014 and was a member of the University’s Dean’s List. While in law school, Jason gained valuable experience working as a judicial extern at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and as a legal intern at Rutgers’ Civil Practice Clinic.

Prior to joining the firm, Jason worked for a national public accounting firm where he focused on tax consulting, tax compliance, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
