Jonathan D. Rubinstein is an Associate with Cohen, Placitella & Roth. He focuses his practice on the representation of individuals in personal injury litigation, particularly in the areas of product liability cases, and work-related accidents.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rubinstein was an associate at Sullivan & Brill in New York City, where he represented plaintiffs and defendants in all types of personal injury and civil rights cases. Mr. Rubinstein also served as Assistant Corporation Counsel to the City of New York, representing City agencies and employees in tort cases. Mr. Rubinstein has extensive litigation and jury trial experience.

Mr. Rubinstein holds a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University (2005) and earned his J.D. from Cardozo School of Law (2008) with a concentration in litigation.
