Joseph Fantini joined Anapol Weiss as an associate in 2012 and is a member of the firm's Unsafe Drug and Medical Device Team. Mr. Fantini's practice involves pharmaceutical and medical device mass tort litigation involving complex medical, scientific and legal issues.

Mr. Fantini earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from Syracuse University in 2005. Mr. Fantini received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 2009. At Widener University School of Law, Mr. Fantini was the recipient of the Certificate of Achievement in Food and Drug Law, which is awarded to the top student in each section. Mr. Fantini served as a law clerk in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas for the Honorable Arnold L. New.

Mr. Fantini is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. Prior to joining Anapol Schwartz, Joe worked at a national insurance defense firm where he represented clients in personal injury, product liability, and commercial disputes. This experience provides him with an advantage in negotiating on behalf of his clients by allowing him to anticipate defense strategies and tactics.

Joe is an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association-Young Lawyers Division, and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. Joe presently serves as a member of the Executive Committee for the Philadelphia Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.
