Kayla Drum, an employment litigation attorney at KM&A, joined the firm after serving as a prosecutor with the Office of the District Attorney of Allegheny County. Her years of courtroom experience make her a powerful advocate for justice, and Kayla fights against discriminatory companies with the same zeal that she developed as a prosecutor.
Kayla’s practice concentrates on civil litigation and employment law. She fights for her clients when they are victims of wrongful termination or employment discrimination. She manages cases in state and federal court across Pennsylvania.
Before joining KM&A, Kayla tried a number of jury and bench trials to verdict. She brought her passion for the podium to KM&A from day one, ready to work on behalf of our clients. The depth and breadth of her experience is rare in a civil law firm, and she does not hesitate to push cases to trial when necessary.Kayla holds two bachelor’s degrees from Pennsylvania State University and a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh where she focused on trial advocacy and litigation strategy.
