Mark Steven Fridkin

Mark Steven Fridkin: Attorney with Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller A Professional Corporation

I began my law career in 1973 in Delaware County, Pennsylvania where I represented clients in criminal matters, divorce matters and personal injury cases. I subsequently focused my practice exclusively to personal injury. I was a partner at my prior firm Marks, Feiner & Fridkin in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for 25 years before joining Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller, P.C.

I have over 40 years of experience representing injured clients in cases such as medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, slip/fall accidents and defective products.

I was involved in two important cases that improved the law for injured clients: Jones v. Chidester, Seminal case in Pennsylvania on doctrine of “Two Schools of Thought” in medical malpractice cases and Augusta v. Penndot, established constructive notice to a state agency in a governmental immunity case arising out of a defective highway design.
