Biography

Patrick is a member of the Casualty Department, where he focuses his practice in the field of product liability defense. Patrick represents a variety of clients, both insured and self-insured, assisting in the defense of product liability claims brought against product manufacturers and their distributors. He has worked on cases involving products such as automatic doors, power tools, lawn equipment, cooking accessories, and electrical components. Patrick also works on claims related to electrical work and fire damages in a variety of circumstances, including product claims, subrogation matters, and negligence actions.

Patrick also has experience in asbestos and toxic tort litigation, where he defended claims brought against various commercial entities. Additionally, he handles matters relating to premises liability, property damage, personal injury, and first party medical claims under automotive insurance policies. He represents his clients interests in both state and federal court, as well as in arbitration and municipal court proceedings.

Patrick received his juris doctor from Widener University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude, and served as Editor-In-Chief of the Widener Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Patrick worked in the insurance industry, both in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, serving in various roles throughout his tenure. He worked with both insureds and claimants, aiming to achieve exceptional results in the field of Property Damage. For his undergraduate studies, Patrick graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh, with degrees in both Finance and Marketing.
