He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations. In 2017, Mr. Levy joined forces with Cooper and Schall, PC to form the law firm of Cooper Schall and Levy.

Rob represents both individual and business clients with corporate, tax, health care, real estate, employment, estate planning, and estate administration issues. Rob started his practice in 1982 with the goal of providing clients with exemplary, “boutique-style” service. His team prides themselves on working hard to maintain long-standing relationships with each client. This dedication to client satisfaction and a commitment to understanding the individualized needs of clients are the principal factors in his continued success. Our philosophy is that each client receives the same level of attention and detail, regardless of its size or revenue potential. The emphasis placed on a personalized legal experience is a key feature that sets Rob’s corporate practice apart from other firms. His team is goal-oriented and focused on ensuring that each client understands the legal process and that their time is valued. Rob’s commitment is to achieve this through the implementation of a variety of factors, with the main focus being clear and ongoing communications with each client. It is Rob’s belief that communication is a critical component of every successful business relationship.

Rob’s clients include individuals, closely held businesses, publicly held corporations, and Fortune 500 companies who receive a wide range of legal services and the expertise generally associated with large firms, but with greater attention to detail and personal care.
