Stephenie Wingyuen Yeung: Attorney with Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP


Ms. Yeung is the co-chair of the Privacy and Data Security Practice Group, leading the Firm’s work in counseling clients on issues of data privacy, including preparing privacy policies and procedures, and cross-border data transfers. She also is a member of the Litigation Services Department and the Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Her practice ranges from protecting clients’ intellectual property through securing patent and trademark rights from the United States Patent and Trademark Office and technology transfer, to protecting those rights through administrative proceedings, arbitration, and litigation in federal courts. Ms. Yeung is also a member of the e-Discovery Practice Group. In that role, she regularly counsels clients on e-discovery issues and manages e-discovery projects to ensure their efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
