Significant Representations; Directed and supervised bond counsel work for New Jersey Turnpike Authority's $2.4 billion refunding and $500 million new money bonds. Acted as bond counsel for $1.1 billion City of Philadelphia Water and Wastewater Revenue Bonds. Represented major banks in structuring and issuing more than $1.5 billion of synthetic variable rate secondary market derivative securities. Participated as finance counsel for wastewater treatment, highway and power plants project financing in Mexico and South America.
