Experience: Secured Lending Transactions: Represented a pension fund's secured lending group in the origination and modification of a $24,500,000 acquisition and construction loan for a large office and industrial complex in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan.; Represented a pension fund's secured lending group in the origination of acquisition and construction loans totaling more than US$17,000,000 for a multiple site, multifamily development in Phoenix, Arizona.; Represented a pension fund's secured lending group in the origination of a US$75,000,000 acquisition and construction loan for a historic building in downtown Los Angeles, California.; Represented a New Jersey-based bank in the origination of a US$42,900,000 construction loan for a 19-story hi-rise in downtown Phoenix, Arizona.; Represented a New York-based life insurance company in the origination of a US$60,000,000 acquisition loan for a Class-A office building in Phoenix, Arizona.; Acquisitions and Disposition Transactions: Represented a developer in the US$18,575,000 acquisition and financing of a 102-unit apartment complex in Flagstaff, Arizona.; Represented a developer in the coordinated and simultaneous acquisition of five self-storage facility sites in Portland, Oregon.
