Tony Caldwell helps clients navigate complex issues with law and technology. He assists companies of all sizes with developing, protecting, exploiting, and acquiring rights in intellectual property and data in a diverse range of highly regulated industries, including medical devices, electronic medical records, software, hardware, SaaS, blockchain, financial services, semiconductors, consumer products, genetic tests, and pharmaceuticals.

Tony also has extensive experience advising international and US companies with data privacy and healthcare regulatory matters. He routinely assists companies with issues related to GDPR, Privacy Shield, TCPA, COPPA, CAN-SPAM, PIPEDA, HIPAA, HITECH, FD&C Act, Medicare, Medicaid, Stark, Anti-Kickback, and the Affordable Care Act.

Tony is not licensed to practice in Arizona. He is licensed to practice in Indiana only.
