    Predatory and frustrating. Recommended a conservatorship when it turns out, one was was not needed. Has been disciplined by the Bar for other behavior. Did not keep current accounting of retainer. Multiple times requested accounting, no response for months, then additional charges were presented one week before required court date and stated would withdraw unless paid before hearing. An example of the horror stories that you hear. Advised us based on his interests (billing), not ours. Read less
