Chelsea Hesla practices primarily in the areas of real estate transactions, financing, and commercial leasing. Chelsea represents investors, developers, borrowers, and lenders in a variety of finance and commercial real estate transactions including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate secured lending. Chelsea has extensive litigation experience and has obtained favorable jury verdicts in multiple trials. Chelsea’s litigation experience enables her to proactively identify and minimize risk exposure, as well as structure transactions to maximize client achievement.
Chelsea received her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’ Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where Chelsea was a regular moot court competitor, finalist, and national champion. In addition to competing at the state, regional, and national levels, Chelsea was recognized as the sole Trail Advocacy Fellow in her graduating class and received various oral advocacy awards including the American Board of Trial Advocates Award and the Paul W. Holloway Trial Advocacy Award.
Prior to law school Chelsea worked for an international multi-family property management and development company. Chelsea earned her bachelor’s degree in real estate and business from Arizona State University.
