Biography

David Nigro's practice is concentrated in intellectual property law. He has experience advising clients in patent and trademark prosecutions, patent and trademark litigation, and transactions involving intellectual property. David has experience in a variety of industries and technologies including chemical processes and compositions, consumer and pet food production/packaging, composite materials, seed and plant biotechnology, renewable/sustainable technologies, ceramics, aerospace systems, electrical power generation and control, jet engines, nacelles, financial services and information technologies. Prior to attending law school, David worked as an application developer in the information technology field. As an undergraduate, David worked as a synthetic organic chemist.

Apart from his law practice, David is a statewide leader on issues relating to the education of children with sensory disabilities.
