Biography

David Wilhelmsen’s practice is focused in commercial finance. He received his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School where he was executive articles editor of the Journal of Legislation and president of the Federalist Society. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, David worked as a law clerk for the Goldwater Institute where he performed legal research on issues including education savings accounts (ESAs) and arbitrary government regulations. David also previously interned for U.S. Senator Mike Lee (UT) and the Honorable Luis Maezono (National Counsel of the Magistracy, Peru).
