About our Phoenix, AZ office

Delaney & Melkonoff, P.C., has provided representation to claimants throughout Arizona for more than 30 years. We provide free initial interviews and answer the questions of many potential clients over the telephone. We handle nearly all types of issues that may arise within the two areas of our practice, Social Security and Workers' Compensation, not just medical or disability-related issues. We are proud of the facts that we handle most cases on a contingent-fee basis and work hard to keep costs down, even to the point of absorbing all travel, telephone, and mail costs even for our clients who live hundreds of miles away. We happily and routinely answer the questions of new callers and/or other professionals about these two regulation-driven areas of the law. We believe people deserve to know what their rights are before they hire an attorney.
