Biography

Derek Flint is a member of the firm’s Special Litigation and Compliance Group. He focuses his practice on representing businesses and individuals in international trade, healthcare and government relations matters. His government relations practice includes political law, election law and government contracting.

Derek is also a member of the Investigations, Government Enforcement and White Collar Protection practice. In this capacity, Derek regularly conducts internal investigations and represents companies and individuals in a wide variety of matters relating to federal and state criminal, civil and regulatory enforcement.
