Biography

Elizabeth S. Fitch is a founding member of the Righi Law Group. She is a trial lawyer with 20 years of civil defense experience and has the AV Preeminent rating. Beth has defended numerous multimillion dollar cases ranging from catastrophic injuries to construction defect cases. She has represented all types of professionals, from lawyers to architects. Because of her defense of insureds under general liability insurance policies, Beth has successfully handled the entire gamut of complex tort cases ranging from construction mishaps to defamation to sexual harassment. She has been featured twice in Attorney At Law and his currently co-authoring the Construction Defect chapter of the Arizona State Bar Tort Handbook. She is the past president of Arizona Association of Defense Council and served as a Judge Pro Tem. Beth received her undergraduate and law degrees from ASU. Beth is a third generation Arizonan and comes from a long line of entrepreneurs. As a result she understands the business needs of clients and applies entrepreneurial principles to her law practice.

After graduating from Prescott High School, Ms. Fitch attended Arizona State University where she received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting and then her Juris Doctorate. She began her legal career by arbitrating and trying personal injury cases throughout the State of Arizona. This included representing clients through the appeal process. Her involvement was instrumental in the following reported appellate cases: Conant v. Whitney, 947 P.2d 864; Monthofer Investments v. Allen, 943 P.2d.782; and Souza v. Fred Carries Contracts, 955 P.2d 3
