Frank I. Powers is an owner/stockholder and managing partner of the firm. Mr. Powers was born in Illinois and made Phoenix, Arizona his home in 1990. Mr. Powers obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Arizona State University 1986. Mr. Powers obtained his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 1990 from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where he also served as an Executive Editor of the Law Review. Mr. Powers devotes his law practice to representing clients who have been seriously injured through no fault of their own or who have lost loved ones due to the wrongful conduct or negligence of others. Mr. Powers is a member of the Million and Million Dollar Advocates Forums, professional organizations that recognize lawyers who have won tens of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for their clients. Mr. Powers has been honored to be recognized by his peers having been consistently nominated to and a member of Best Lawyers in America since 2009. Mr. Powers served as Judge Pro Tempore, Arizona Superior Court, 2003-2008 and as Executive Editor, The John Marshall Law Review, Order of John Marshall 1989.
