Biography

Hannah Speirs focuses her practice in commercial litigation. She has experience in a variety of complex business disputes including breach of contract, landlord/tenant, real estate and other commercial matters. Hannah also focuses her practice in white collar defense and investigations, and cyber security, data protection and privacy.

In her white collar defense and investigations practice, Hannah represents companies and individuals in a wide variety of matters relating to federal and state criminal and regulatory enforcement. In her cybersecurity practice, she helps clients across a spectrum of industries manage cybersecurity risks, respond to cyber-attacks and defend related regulatory enforcement actions and civil litigation.
