As a litigator, Jerald has led numerous complex actions from the initial case investigation stage through successful resolution, resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars of recoveries. His experience includes representing institutional investors acting on behalf of injured classes and serving in leadership capacities in many high-stakes cases.
Outside of his legal practice, Jerald is engaged in the business world and also volunteers his time as an elected official, serving as Vice Mayor of the Town of Paradise Valley, Arizona, for the past two years. Jerald was elected Mayor in August 2018, with his term starting in January 2019.
