Auther in February 2004 after leaving the law firm of Bowman and Brooke L.L.P. where he practiced for 20 years defending companies in product liability and commercial litigation. He has continued that practice in his new firm and currently represents manufacturers and other businesses in product liability, construction, and commercial litigation in Arizona and Nevada.
