He was brought in to assist us in disputes with our employee union and to handle other labor-related matters. As the Executive Director, I found Mr. Cecil's representation to be excellent. He was extremely thorough and worked tirelessly on our behalf, but the thing that most impressed me about him was his responsiveness whenever I needed to call upon him. Read less
