Biography

Michele Washington focuses her practice on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the life sciences. Her experience covers a wide range of technologies, including cellular and molecular biology, biochemistry, biological therapies, antibody technology, immunotherapy, agriculture biotechnology, and medical devices. Michele’s specific experience includes prosecuting worldwide patent portfolios; and performing freedom to operate, patentability and invalidity analyses. In addition to patent prosecution, Michele also has experience preparing and prosecuting trademark applications, as well as assisting clients in trademark disputes.

Michele is licensed to practice only in Colorado and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
