Mr. Fidel is a trial attorney who represents clients in the areas of general personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, and insurance bad faith. He also practices water rights, Indian law, immigration law, election and voting rights, criminal defense, commercial litigation, and appeals.

Mr. Fidel came to the firm from the Arizona Attorney General's Office, where he practiced in the Natural Resources Section representing state agencies such as the State Land Department, State Mine Inspector and State Parks in matters pertaining to land use and water rights.

A native Arizonan, Mr. Fidel is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona, the Federal District of Arizona, and the Navajo Nation. He earned his A.B. degree from Dartmouth College in 2002 and his J.D. from the University of Arizona in 2006.
