Other aspects of Peter’s professional responsibility experience include defending corporate directors and officers against a variety of claims, such as mismanagement of corporate assets, fraud, and corporate indemnification.

Commercial Litigation Generally. Peter’s experience includes litigating cases involving breach of contract, business torts, corporate governance, financial institution liability, fraud, misrepresentation, and tortious interference with business contracts.
