Robert R. Monroe



Mr. Monroe has an extensive background in the construction industry. Prior to law school, he worked for a large general contractor as an integral part of the management teams that constructed several hospitals and other healthcare facilities in Phoenix. His experience spans all aspects of construction from contract negotiation to project closeout.

Mr. Monroe has represented clients from all facets of the construction industry including owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers. He handles all claims that routinely arise before, during, and at the conclusion of construction projects.

In addition to construction law, Mr. Monroe's practice also focuses on commercial litigation and Registrar of Contractor's matters.
