Carla Voigt is an associate in the Litigation Group at Babst Calland. Ms. Voigt has a broad range of litigation experience in several practice areas including commercial, labor and employment, energy, and toxic tort.
Ms. Voigt graduated from the University of Maryland in 2011 with a B.A. in Economics, as well as minors in Philosophy and Rhetoric. She received her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School in 2014. While in law school, Ms. Voigt served as a legal research and writing fellow and was a managing editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal.
Prior to joining Babst Calland, Ms. Voigt worked as an associate at a law firm in Fairfax, Virginia litigating antitrust and consumer protection class action cases on behalf of nationwide and statewide classes. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nora Barry Fischer in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Memberships and Affiliations
Ms. Voigt is licensed to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the Western District of Virginia, and the Western District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Voigt is not admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She is currently supervised by members of the Firm who are admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. She is also a member of the Allegheny County, Virginia, District of Columbia, and American Bar associations.
