Catherine C. Sakla is an Associate with Leech Tishman and a member of the firm’s Energy Practice Group. Catherine is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office.

Catherine routinely provides legal services to oil and gas exploration and production companies, midstream pipeline companies and land and mineral acquisition buyers. She regularly provides mineral title examinations and prepares certified title opinions for clients.

Catherine also has experience with developing and managing commercial contracts and agreements for clients, including non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, non-competition agreements, non-solicitation agreements and service, license and clinical agreements.

Prior to joining Leech Tishman, Catherine served as an Oil and Gas Title Attorney at a West Virginia-based firm. She also worked as a field landman, performing title abstracts in Ohio.
