Profile & Honors

Harlan S. Stone is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and chairs the Municipal Law Group . He provides a wide range of services to municipal governments and local government officials, with an emphasis on real estate, planning, land use, and zoning. A seasoned trial lawyer, he has many years of experience as a litigator in the areas of business law, employment law, lender liability law, tax assessment appeals, personal injury, and sex/age discrimination cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stone began his legal career as a trial lawyer working for the Allegheny County Public Defender’s Office. In 1981, he founded the firm of Stone & Stone where he practiced for more than 25 years.
