Scott D. Clements is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation. Mr. Clements serves as Co-Chair of the Railroad Law, Litigation and Regulatory Counsel Group, and he is also a member of the firm’s Transportation Law Group and Insurance Law and Litigation Group.
Mr. Clements has extensive experience representing Class I, Regional, and Short Line railroad companies in Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) and state tort claim litigation. His practice also includes representation of a large multinational corporation in toxic tort litigation, motor carrier transportation companies in personal injury actions and regulatory matters, and various clients in the areas of product liability, premises liability, administrative law, landlord-tenant law, commercial litigation, and general insurance defense litigation.
