Biography

Kiernan P. Moylan, a litigation attorney with over twenty years of experience, obtained his undergraduate degree from Davidson College and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1999. Since graduating from law school, he has served as in-house counsel for JM Family Enterprises, Inc.; Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Attorney General of Florida, Civil Litigation Division; and Assistant Public Defender in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit.
