Additionally, he has negotiated and drafted multi-million dollar patent and know-how licenses between biotechnology companies and some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Wayne has assisted both investors and issuers in private stock placements, initial public offerings and follow-on private and public offerings with due diligence of patent portfolios as a part of portfolio and company acquisitions.
Wayne enjoys skiing, snowshoeing, cooking, hiking and beach picnics. He also serves on the Environmental and Biotech Boards for The Maine Technology Institute.
