Since 1979, David has actively practiced in the areas of corporate, business and real estate law, and civil litigation related to these areas, as well as bodily injury litigation. David and the firm also handle estate planning matters for selected clients. David is available for association with out-of-state counsel and for referral of matters when it is convenient and/or desirable. A substantial portion of David's practice is based on referrals from CPAs and business attorneys. David is an AV rated attorney and the firm is an AV rated law firm.
