About our Portland, OR: office

Smith, McDonald & Vaught, LLP has been representing clients, both large and small, throughout Oregon since 1935. We pride ourselves in providing experienced, responsive and effective legal representation. Our three partners collectively have over 70 years of legal practice experience in areas ranging from real estate and business transactions, civil litigation in the trial and appellate courts, contract collections, income taxes, estate planning to trust and probate administration.

We have the skill and experience to analyze a client's legal needs, even when that might include an area outside of our firm's practice. If our attorneys cannot assist a client, we can often refer them to other attorneys that may better suit their needs. Most often, however, due to the wide range of our firm's practice, we can provide the legal services required.

Please contact our firm with questions about your legal needs.
