Graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, degree JUDr. (1967), Harvard Law School (LL.M. in 1969). At Harvard Adison Brown Prize for the best thesis in conflicts of laws. Admitted to the Bar in 1963. Arbitrator in Prague, Vienna, Paris, Lausanne and Zurich. Member of the Czech Society for International Law. Founder and Ex-President of the Harvard Club of Prague. Legal Advisor of the International Skating Union. Chairman of the Arbitration Commission of the Czech Olympic Committee. Decorated by the International Olympic Committee with the Olympic Order.

As from 1990 partner of the law firm Bubník & Myslil, as from 2001 counsel in Čermák Hořejscaron; Myslil a spol., as from 2008 partner of Bubník Myslil & Partners.

Specialized in international private and commercial law, joint ventures, corporate law, copyright and intellectual property, international arbitration.
