Ms. Bland graduated in 2007 cum laude from the University of South Florida. She studied law at Roger Williams University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Bland became a certified mediator through the Roger Williams Mediation Program. She was a member of the Roger Williams Law Review where she published Wills & Trusts: Estate of Giuliano v. Guiliano, Roger Williams University Law Review, Vol. 14:539 (2009). In 2010 Ms. Bland graduated from the Roger Williams University School of Law honors program cum laude.
