Leonard A. Kiernan, Jr.



Mr. Kiernan graduated from Providence College in 1955 and received his law degree from Georgetown University in 1961. He has been a member of the Rhode Island bar since 1961 and has practiced extensively in the field of civil litigation with primary emphasis on the defense of civil litigation cases for the insurance industries and self-insured. Mr. Kiernan is also a member of the American Bar Association, and has been admitted to practice in Rhode Island, the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island; the United States Circuit Court of Appeals, First Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
