Joe Z. Alisa worked at the Utah County Attorney's Office before joining Fillmore Spencer LLC. He has worked with partners William Fillmore and Barnard Madsen in their commercial litigation practice, primarily handling electronic discovery and related documents retention and review, and in 2011 was admitted to the Utah Supreme Court Bar. His practice has since expanded to include Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, and Family Law. Joe serves in the community by speaking to youth groups and students, and by serving in his church.
Focusing on commercial litigation and family law
In addition to commercial litigation Joe practices into law. Joe promotes negotiation, mediation and arbitration as alternatives to possibly protracted, more costly and more emotionally damaging litigation.
Committed to asserting his clients' rights
If your business needs to defend itself — or prosecute a competitor for broken promises or unfair business practices — or if you are contending with a family legal matter such as divorce, Joe offers vigorous counsel and representation.
