His doctoral thesis was "Participation Contract for Hydrocarbon Exploration and Exploitation" in Ecuador. He is a representative/agent for several foreign companies in Ecuador. He has attended to several seminars and courses on civil, taxation, situation leadership, negotiation techniques and North-American judicial system, as well as international mediation and arbitration. He is proficient in the English language, both, spoken and written, and he has been/is a general proxy and attorney of several national and international companies.
